Google Drive Instructions:
To save a file:
Click “File” and “Save As”
Save it as your name and Rev War
On the left side, click “Desktop” to save it there.
Click “Save”
Then,
Go to your gmail account:
Username: FirstnameLastInitialBirthmonthBirthdate@harnettstudents .org
Password: 8 digit Student Number
Click “Drive”
It will either be on a menu bar on the top, left, or you will need to click on the picture of 9 tiny boxes in the top left by where your username is.
On the left, click the arrow
beside
the box that says “create”
Select “Files”
Click “desktop” on the left and select your file.
Click “open”
A window will pop up and let you know when your file is uploaded. After it says it has, it is safe to log out.
Delete your file from the desktop.
To open a file:
Log in to your google account
Go to your drive
You will see a list of your files, click the box beside the file you want to open.
Then several new boxes will appear at the top of the screen, click “More”
Click “Download” near the bottom of the list.
